Respected educator Kostoff stepping down

After nearly 40 years of service with the Dufferin-Peel Catholic school board, John Kostoff is stepping down as director of education but he isn't headed to retirement yet.

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. - After spending the better part of four decades with the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, John Kostoff will soon be saying goodbye.

TORONTO - Angela Gauthier has been appointed the new director of education for the Toronto Catholic District School Board.

New director appointed for York board

Patricia Preston will replace Susan LaRosa who is retiring after 15 years as director of education on 1 January 2013

As the clock strikes midnight on New Year’s Eve, the York Catholic District School Board will celebrate both the new year and the beginning of Patricia Preston’s reign as director of education.
