Bishops: Loss of affordable health care under GOP plan 'simply unacceptable'

U.S. President Donald Trump talks to journalists in the Oval Office at the White House March 24. After the Senate released its health care bill June 22, the Congressional Budget Office said the measure would leave 22 million more people uninsured.

WASHINGTON – The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office, in its analysis of the Senate health care bill, said late June 26 the measure would leave 22 million more people without insurance.
