Ukraine monuments on mass graves recognize Jews killed in Holocaust

LVIV, Ukraine - Ludvika Sarah Leah Schein, who survived the Holocaust, hadn’t been to her hometown in 70 years. But she still vividly remembers the day Germans came to Rava-Ruska.

Oklahoma Supreme Court rules Ten Commandments monument must go

The Oklahoma state Supreme Court ordered a monument featuring the Ten Commandments be removed from the state Capitol grounds June 30. An attorney general who planned to petition a rehearing argued that a similar monument in Texas, pictured above, was found constitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court.

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma Supreme Court ordered a Ten Commandments monument removed from the state Capitol grounds June 30, three years after its installation sparked a religious feud.
