Redemptorists to pay $20-million in Quebec abuse suit

The Redemptorists have settled a sexual-abuse lawsuit stemming from abuses that took place at the order's Séminaire Saint-Alphonse next to the Basilica of St. Anne-de-Beaupre.

The Redemptorists of Canada have agreed to pay $20 million to settle claims from a sexual-abuse lawsuit filed in Quebec.
