The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) is looking into its long-standing relationship with WE Charity, and the trustee leading the charge expects the board to suspend its relationship with the battered charity.

WE Charity is a Canadian non-profit organization that I contributed time and effort to throughout my years in elementary and secondary school.

While the WE Charity scandal marches on, Catholic charities that had hoped to put young volunteers to work through the Canada Student Service Grant have been left wondering when and if they will ever see federal funding to support volunteer programs.
