ShareLife funds help sisters aid struggling refugee families

Mother Superior Maria del sol Del Castillo (middle), and the Religious Family of the Incarnate Word at St. Augustine of Canterbury Parish, are stepping in to serve as family to children who might otherwise be forgotten.

At St. Augustine of Canterbury Parish, religious sisters are serving as surrogate mothers to disadvantaged youth in one of Toronto’s poorest west-end neighbourhoods.
